| LOCTITE® 3900 is a transparent, colorless to slightly amber, acrylic resin conformal coating free of chlorinated solvents or CFCs. It is spray-applied and air dries tack-free in five mins to provide a tough environmental and solvent-resistant coating for printed circuit boards, electronic components, thick-film circuits, etc. Its normal operating range is -40 °F to +257 °F (-40 °C to +125 °C).
